Zer0 Dietitian Dashboard is a web workspace for licensed dietitians and nutritionists, providing tools for managing clients: food diaries, meal plans, analytics, chat, and a consultation calendar. The service is provided by ERARTA FZE (UAE). By registering and using the service, you enter into an agreement with us under the terms described below.
To use the service, you must create an account by providing a valid email and password. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One user — one account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@c0r.ai of any unauthorised access.
The service is provided on a subscription basis. Available plans: Solo — ₽1,990/month (up to 15 clients), Pro — ₽3,490/month (up to 50 clients), Team — ₽6,990/month (no client limit). New users receive a 14-day trial period without a credit card. After the trial ends, you must choose a plan to continue using the service. Payments are processed through certified payment providers YooKassa or Tinkoff. Prices may change — we will notify you at least 30 days before any change takes effect.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account. After cancellation, access is retained until the end of the paid period — no refund is provided for the unused portion of the current period. A full refund is available only in case of a service outage caused by us within the first 7 days after payment. Send refund requests to support@c0r.ai.
By using the service, you agree NOT to: violate applicable laws of the Russian Federation, UAE, or other applicable jurisdiction; transfer your account to third parties or sell access to it; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, the database, or server infrastructure; use the service to distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent schemes; scrape or collect data of other users via automated requests. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension without refund.
Zer0 Dietitian Dashboard is a software tool and is NOT a medical service. All clinical decisions, nutrition recommendations, and goal-setting remain the responsibility of the licensed professional using the service. We are not liable for: damages arising from misuse of the service; inaccurate data entered by users; temporary outages of third-party services (Supabase, Vercel, payment providers). The maximum aggregate liability of ERARTA FZE to any user is limited to the amount paid by that user during the preceding 12 months.
You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account in the settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service in case of a material breach of these Terms, with prior notice where reasonably possible. After account deletion, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, for accounting purposes).
For residents of the Russian Federation, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, including the Civil Code of the RF and the Russian Consumer Protection Law. Disputes are resolved at the consumer's place of residence. For corporate matters concerning ERARTA FZE as a legal entity, the laws of the United Arab Emirates apply. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service interface at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect and receive a refund for the unused portion.
