This Privacy Policy describes how ERARTA FZE ("we", "our", "Zer0") collects, uses, and protects the personal data of users of the Zer0 Dietitian Dashboard web service available at app.c0r.ai. By using the service, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with its terms, please do not use the service.
We collect: account data (email, name, dietitian specialty, years of experience), client profile data (sex, age, height, weight, nutrition goals), food diaries (meal photographs, AI-recognised dishes, calories, macronutrients), weight history, check-ins, dietitian-client messages, payment metadata (we never store card numbers — they are handled by our payment providers YooKassa or Tinkoff). We do NOT collect bank card numbers, passport data, or biometric data. Technical data (IP address, browser type, visit time) is logged by Vercel and Supabase using standard server logs.
We use your data solely to: provide the service functionality (display clients, food diaries, analytics, dietitian-client chat), process payments and subscriptions, ensure security (detect fraud and abuse), and send transactional notifications (payment status changes, important policy updates). We do NOT share your data with third parties for marketing purposes and we do NOT sell it.
The legal bases for processing personal data are: your consent (Art. 6 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), performance of the service agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and operational (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and compliance with legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)). Consent can be withdrawn at any time by deleting your account.
Your personal data is stored in the secure Supabase infrastructure (project mmrzpngugivxoapjiovb) in the eu-central-1 region (Germany). Cross-border transfer of data from the Russian Federation is carried out on the basis of your consent under Article 12, Part 1, Paragraph 1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". By creating a Zer0 account, you confirm your informed consent to the cross-border transfer of personal data to Germany (a country providing an adequate level of protection per the European Commission and the Roskomnadzor registry). Backups are stored in the same EU region.
Data controller: ERARTA FZE (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre, UAE) — determines the purposes and means of processing. Processors (acting on behalf of the controller): Supabase Inc. (database hosting and authentication), Vercel Inc. (web application and edge function hosting), YooKassa / Tinkoff (payment processing for Russian residents), Resend (transactional email delivery). All processors are bound by Data Processing Agreements.
Under 152-FZ and GDPR, you have the right to: obtain information about what data we store about you (right of access), correct inaccurate data (right to rectification), delete your account and associated data (right to erasure), receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format (right to portability), and withdraw consent and pause processing. To exercise these rights, send a request from the email address linked to your account to support@c0r.ai. We respond within 30 days.
We use three cookie categories: functional cookies (required for authentication, language preference, and theme selection — cannot be disabled), analytics cookies (help us understand how the service is used; enabled only with your consent), and marketing cookies (used for targeted advertising; enabled only with your consent). You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the consent banner at the bottom of the page or by clearing cookies in your browser.
The Zer0 Dietitian Dashboard service is intended for licensed dietitians and their adult clients. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If you are a parent or guardian and learn that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@c0r.ai — we will delete this data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service interface at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The last update date is shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
